2. Eligibility

- To use FAMILY STORE’s Loyalty App, you must be 18 years or older or have the consent of a legal guardian.

- The loyalty app is available to registered customers of FAMILY STORE only.

3. Loyalty Points Program

• Earning Points: You can earn loyalty points by making eligible purchases at FAMILY STORE. The points earned will be displayed within the app.
• Points Value: Each loyalty point has a predefined value that can be redeemed against purchases made at FAMILY STORE.
• Expiration: Loyalty points may expire after a specific period of time if not used. Please check the app for details on the expiration of your points.

By using the FAMILY STORE Loyalty App, you agree to our collection, storage, and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. FAMILY STORE uses your personal information to manage your loyalty account, including sending updates, offers, and other service-related notifications.

7. Information Collected During Login

When you log in to our services, we request your mobile number in order to send a one-time password (OTP) through WhatsApp for authentication purposes. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive authentication codes and updates via WhatsApp.

8. Misuse of Points and Fraud

Any attempt to misuse loyalty points, tamper with the app, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in the termination of your account and forfeiture of all accumulated points. FAMILY STORE reserves the right to take legal action in cases of fraud or misconduct.

9. Changes to Terms

FAMILY STORE reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

FAMILY STORE is not responsible for any damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from the use of the app, inability to access the app, or changes made to the loyalty program. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved by the courts of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
